Jen Cline

I am Jen Cline and on the ballot as Secretary. I have been a member of Germania since 2010, and an active member from the start. Within Schutzenverein, I have held the Head Sergeant at Arms and Secretary positions and am currently Vice President. There, I helped make the 10th year of the Verein successful by assisting in the planning the 10 Year Gala in June and implementing the Annual Royal Shoot. I introduced the Masskrugstemmen booth to the Oktoberfest and have been on the Oktoberfest committee for 2015 and 2016.  In addition, I worked on the BiLaw Committee. I come on Saturdays when I can to help with H&G, especially around our festivals.

Outside of Germania, I have had leadership experience on various Boards and Committees for the LOMA Society of Ohio, United Way, and Junior Achievement.

I know the importance of keeping conversations on track, recording decisions, maintaining documentation for the longevity of the Germania Society.

Thank you for considering me for the position of Secretary on the Germania Board.

Frank Butz

I am Frank (Mick) Butz.

I am running for the office of trustee.

My wife and I have been members of the club for four years.

Attended UC Evening College.

I am retired from GE Evendale after 31 years where I held management positions since 1970. My last position was that of Metrologist. In that position I was responsible building and managing the Metrology Lab, supervision of all gage calibration personnel and tractability of all linear measurements back to national and standards.

With my wife Sandy, I have ran businesses from jewelry to creamy whip to BBQ over the last 20 years.

I am an active member of House and Grounds. I help run the Tuesday House and Grounds team.  I work in the kitchen helping with prep of the festival food and serving at membership meetings.

I with Sandy have chaired Servatii booth for Christkindlmarkt. And co-chaired others for different fests.

I am a member of the Karnavale Club.

I see this as my club and try to give of my time and energy accordingly to make a difference and improve the club and grounds for the benefit of all the members. I ask for your vote.
